How funds are allocated
A smart contract allocates each payment the moment it arrives. The shares are fixed in the contract and cannot be changed after deployment.

CardVisa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. A payment partner converts it to USDC on Base.

Allocation contractSplits every payment the moment it arrives. The shares are fixed and cannot be changed after deployment.
Your $RVM is recorded in the Presale vesting contract and unlocks linearly over 90 days from launch.

Multisig treasurySent directly to the Board of Directors’ multisig wallet. Every withdrawal needs approval from at least 2 of 3 signers; no individual can move these funds alone.

Technology & Platform DevelopmentPaid to the wallet of Rivermind Pictures’ CTO, who leads the development of the platform. The share is fixed in the contract.

Film production token fund
Separately from Presale funds, 300,000,000 $RVM (30% of supply) set aside for film production is locked in the Board of Directors’ 2-of-3 multisig. It is released in four stages, and every release needs its own Board approval.
